Payment Procedure

Individual tasks operate on a 50% upfront / 50% upon delivery payment schedule. Weekly sprints require 100% prepayment to book a slot. Large turnkey projects divide into 3 milestones (30% start / 40% alpha / 30% release).

Revision Policy

Each contract includes 2 structured revision rounds. Art and geometry are approved at the greybox/clay stage; audio at the draft stage. Geometry changes after final code approval qualify as a scope change.

Licenses and Source Files

The standard contract includes a perpetual commercial license for the release build. Full buyout of open project files (.blend, code repository, DAW sessions) is available as an option (+50% to the estimate).

NDA and Confidentiality

A standard bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before detailed architectural discussions and client material transfer begin.
